Anyone else had a bad experience with NCIX?

I ordered my HDD last week and they still haven't shipped my item... Costumer service also isn't any help they talk to me about my problem and never answer my replies.

if you expect replies in 9min on a forum, or quickly from a business on a weekend, expect to be disappointed often.

was the hard drive listed as in stock and expected to ship immediately, only with their suppliers, or backordered when you ordered it?

Yes the item was in stock and they said expect your item to be shipped within 1-3 days (I picked express delivery). I ordered my HDD last week on Monday.
