Anyone ever shopped Performance PC's?

So I'm looking for a specific component, and I haven't found it at my regular haunts. I'm wondering if this is a retailer people are familiar with/trust? I normally stick to newegg, tigerdirect and microcenter.

I go to Performance-PC's when I need to buy watercooling or Caselabs gear, provided the Caselabs gear isn't available off Caselab's own site. Have been shopping with them for about 3 years I think...? What are you looking for anyway?
