I am indian, so in india, PS4 price is 38000 rupee or ps3 500gb is 23000 or ps3 12 gb price is around 15000 rupee
but bro i have only 20000 rupee for ps3,not for ps4
You'd be better off with a newer console or PC since the PS3 won't be sufficient for much longer and the games aren't backwards compatible with the new systems (unless they come up with some service to stream old games).
For your budget you could probably build a low end PC with a modern Celeron/Pentium and a GDDR5 R7 250.
I couldn't find all the parts I would have suggested on Flipkart/IT Depot but this the least that I would recommend which might fit under your budget. It sucks that prices are that high in India.
CPU: Intel Celeron G1840 (would be best to go higher but tight budget) Motherboard: Asrock H81M-DGS R2.0 (or any other compatible motherboard) Memory: Cheap 4GB kit or stick of DDR3 Storage: WD Caviar Blue 1TB GPU: R7 250 1GB GDDR5 (priority for gaming, could go a bit higher if you saved a bit more) Case: Any case which should house your motherboard and has decent airflow PSU: Get a decent budget unit like an Antec Basiq or another decent unit from a reliable manufacturer
These are rough estimates but the total price of these would be close to your budget.
The problem with buying the PS3 is that it won't be supported for that much longer by game developers, that console is at the end of its life. The PS3 has a huge back catalog of games if you want to play older stuff, but newer releases are going to start to dry up come next year when we start to see high profile games that are only available on PC and 8th generation consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One.
Either way, you're probably going to want to save up more money to either get a PC or a PS4 if you want to play all the latest titles in the foreseeable future.
