Does anyone know What it is?I have opened display from inside to check it but there is nothing inside that I noticed regarding this.

IDK, but it looks like moisture has gotten inside there and then evaporated leaving a mineral deposit behind. Honestly, it looks just like the stains we see in between dual window panes after a while, which is caused by high humidity or direct contact with water.

It could be something else, but that's what it looks like to me.
