Anyone have a GREAT hosting provider?

Hey all,
I have 5 websites and domains all under a "Personal Hosting Plan" at GigaPros... I was told that they were pretty good at hosting. However, all my sites are down at least 4-5 days a month. Just horrible.

I'm trying to look up reviews on hosting sites but it seems that they all just bad mouth each other and none of the reviews are from real customers...

So, who do all you guys use? How often do you have to get a hold of their tech support, and how quickly are issues resolved?

Thanks all for the help... these guys really put a hurt on the business I get from all of my sites.

I had a good experience when I was with HostPapa a few years ago. It is a Canadian provider, but I only used them for about 6 months since it was for a temporary project. Never had any problems while I was with them though, so I can't say anything about the customer support. HostPapa is the only one I've used, so I can't comment on any others.

Everyone will have different experiences with different providers, I could have just been lucky with mine, but I was happy.

The UI was pretty simple to use and uploading was easy with Filezilla.

justhost.com are pretty good. Price seems ok to me too
