Anyone have experience with Spectre monitors?

I am looking to purchase a 19" monitor soon, and I am specifically looking at the Spectre D98A for $217 from Dell.

The warranty is 5 years and the specs seem right. Does anyone here have experience with the CRT's from this company?

I have had a 17" flat panel for about 10 years. No problems. Good display.
Just recently, I have started to have a problem with the screen going dark and having to keep rebooting it. I think it is getting OLD, and I need a new one. I will probably get another Spectre.
