My Neighbour is going to built a pc iam helping him he bought a psu Circle CG 650W MODULAR is it a good company can their produt be trusteted i havent heard of this company so just asking

I've just done a bit of Googling and can't really find anything much about them, which is generally a really bad sign. He is taking a risk with his hardware.

How many amps does it provide at 12V? You can calculate the wattage by multiplying the amperage on the 12V rails by 12. Any decent design will provide almost all (like 90%+) of its rated wattage on the 12V rail(s). If he's running well, well under the rated amps at 12V (as in the actual rail rating, not the generic "650W" rubbish that these units are often sold with), then the risk is lower - but still there. If he's pushing over 50%, or even anywhere near approaching the rating on that PSU then I'd say he's basically playing Russian Roulette with his PC.

Yes, but he dosen't wan't change it. Like if you build a pc then atleast don't go cheap with your safety. And yes as you said: He's gonna play Russian Roulette with the pc everytime he turn it on.

I would just say, for the record, neither of the three brands you mentioned are entirely reliable choices. Coolermaster actually has quite a poor reputation, and both EVGA and Corsair ship some very low quality products. All three brands do have high quality products too, but none of those labels on their own are any sort of guarantee of quality whatsoever.

XFX and Seasonic are really the only two common brands that only sell high quality units. Antec is not far behind. You can't really go wrong with any of those units. As I say, EVGA, Corsair and Coolermaster can be decent choices, but you need to do your research and make sure you're buying their decent models.
