Hello readers,

I play a very niche game called Path of Exile. It's an online ARPG that I've been playing for years (hardcore I mind you, so when you die.. your dead). Anyways, I built this computer about 2 years ago? (specs below) This game stutters and "freezes" or "lags" far too often and I pray that someone can help me, and the PoE community for those that have similar setups that I do.
Examples of lag/stuttering/freezing; link one, link two

I'm looking for help to optimize this game with my current setup or optimize my setup in general. Here are the specifications I currently have to work with;

dxdiag on pastebin

I hope this information will be good enough to help optimize my system. These are the following programs I have to work with;

- AMDRadeon Software Crimson Edition
- AMD Gaming Evolved (if this even makes a diference)
- AI Suite II (BIOS)

Thank you all for reading (especially the ones who had to look at the dxdiag). I'm looking for someone that can either provide me with optimal settings for this game/rig or point me in the right direction. Is there a magical program that will monitor processes data and provide what the optimal settings are for a specific program?!

No, it's pretty much this game tbh, Computer has been stagnant since I built it (upgrading to SSD's (perhaps that will help with loading particles and minimize FPS drops)) I can usually maintain excellent stability in other games accept this one. The second link was the forums to PoE, if one were to look around it's fairly littered with experiences like that with AMD gpu's.

Curious if there is anything I can do to help performance with the software I have now such as Crimson or Radeon Pro? Because everything is pretty much stock in terms of the settings. I know there is a few neat things in the BIOS as well (which I can't seem to update). So I guess the question is, how does one further optimize their graphics/other settings to get the most out of their machine.
