Question anyone here seen an engineering sample of a 7000 x3d chip?

What good would seeing one do? It will look exactly like any other 7000 chip, only with a "3d" at the end. Engineering samples often...if not usually...don't even perform like final released product does so that won't help. Performance leaks might be interesting, usually are.

We'll get them when AMD's ready. That means selling down stocks of 5800X3d chips to nothing, for one thing. I'm more interested to know when prices will drop on AM5 socket motherboards and DDR5 memory far enough to make the whole package worth it, assuming Zen 4 price drops aren't just rumors. Either that or some 7000 series chips on AM4 platform...not gonna happen I'm pretty sure but wow, if it did.
