Used?=Ebay, NEW=Newgg and Amazon. If you create account (On ebay) it should list shipping and 99% its correct, on amazon or newgg i never bought soo i don't know does it show shipping and that stuff.

You missed the part where it said "Egypt". Newegg doesn't have Africa distribution last I checked.
