Anyone know of a device for measuring my computer's wattage?

I have installed a HD 4650 graphics card (low profile) in my Acer x3200 and it works like a dream. However, I am rather paranoid that the PSU on the computer (it's a very weedy 220W PSU) is going to be overpowered after a period of time. Naturally I don't want to wreck the computer so I just wondered whether anyone knows of any way I can actually measure the output of my PC so that I can get readings in real time? I figure that if this is possible, I can monitor the power being used while I play games and I can see the fluctuations when I change the settings.

The kil-o-watt meter linked by badge will measure power "at the wall", multiply that by your PSU's efficiency at any specific loading to get the PSU output.
