Sure, the file might be something else, but I would run the below and check windows out
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type
SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
