Take a close up of any labels on it, can't see things in the pictures. May also help if you listed where/how you found this card.
To me it looks like one of the fake cards from China they sell as a 750Ti but it's not.
You may just need to take off the heatsink and look at the chip name if you can't find anything on the card or have a computer to plug it into and test.
