Anyone knows what i need to play Disney Infinity 3.0 on PC?

So guys, yesterday i saw on Steam a free to play Disney Infinity 3.0 and think in my child... I find info for console version and it use a "portal base" and figures you put in that base and the characters appear in your TV and play, and etc... But, how i play in my PC? What i need and where i buy it, if i want my child play with Rapunzel and Frozen Princess and this characters on my rig?

There are no toys. What you need to play is money.

No the PC version is entirely based around them coining as much money as they can for downloadable content only.

Yes you can buy the figure and use the web code to activate the character on the PC version. Not only that but, your kids can use a console version (mine use XBox 360) and the PC version. My kids know to give me the web codes whenever they get a new figurine.
