Anyone oveclock an opteron 144 yet(s939)

Just curious if anyone has worked with the new opteron 144. I hear it is a rebadged SD chip and the 144 goes for only 150.

I'm hearing good things about the opty's at other places. But alot of peeps seem to go for the 146 due to it's higher multi.

Anybody here playing with these?
