Question Anyone that could point me in a direction of a control/lagging problem on a brand new laptop?

I recently bought a Katana 15 B12V. During game play I will experience some lag and player control. Characters moving around randomly. I've already updated drivers and sent in to company and they returned it with the problems still persisting. Not sure if it is a windows 11 issue kind of grasping at straws as components have been tested. Heat is not the issue also been monitored.

What are the specs of your laptop? I see it has three variants of hardware. What kind of games are you playing?

12th gem Intel core i7, 16gb memory, Nvidia GeForce rtx 4070. I've noticed the problem during games of risk of rain return, enter the gungeon, lethal company, and other indie games. Hard to tell on baulders gate 3 because of the turn based combat. Star field also hard to tell cause the game is pretty glitchy on occasion. Was wondering if had to do with the less optimized games?
