Anyone tried new programmable LED ports on Z370 motherboards?

New Z370 motherboards have programmable LED ports on some of them, ASUS product pages say they are compatible with WS2812B diodes.

Have anyone tried using them already? Does Aura detect them and effect some special effects? I dont have such led strip yet, but after installing aura ive seen only basic configuration for regular strip (led count and pinout calibration) and didnt see anything specific for WS2812B strips.

I just tried it on my own, here are the results. Looks amazing even if the software (Asus aura) does not make full use of them.
