Anyone used GA-EP43T or Asus P5P43TD

hi everyone i am thinking of buying either of these boards not sure which is best have not seen much reviews on them and just wanted to ask if anyone has used them - GA-EP43T & Asus P5P43TD/USB3 which is best

I would go with the Gigabyte board. It has USB 3.0 and a full 3 year warranty. The Asus only has a 1 year warranty and no USB 3.0.
