[SOLVED] Anyone using 850w psu for 9900k and rtx 3090?

I have Corsair HX850i and 9900k. If I am to run rtx 3090, would I have some headroom for overclocking both cpu and gpu?

What is the purpose of the system? Why would you want to overclock that gpu? Overclocking that cpu to keep up with the gpu i can understand.

Think for this cpu only overclocking would you be fine.
