the ram is a little poor with cas 11, better off getting some cas 9 @1600 for gaming.
the gfx card is pretty weak and you can get better performance for the same money if you go amd.
the gigabyte 7870 comes in at the same price and blitzes the 660 in ways that just aint funny.

the rest of the syetem is fine apart from the mouse and keyboard. there both poor.
the keyboard only handles 6 key anti ghosting/roll over. a better choice would be a sidewinder x4. its cheaper and better. has 24 key antighosting/roll over.
http://www.premone.net/qpad-mk-50-pro-gaming-mechanical-keyboard-with-uk-layout-cherry-red-mx-3201.html costs a couple of quid more than the cyborg and has full nkrol, seriously you wont find a better keyboard for the money. and if you get 1 of the other mice recommended below you wont increase the cost of the build.
no it doesnt have back lighting but it really is in a different league from membrane keyboards.... it uses cherry mx reds which are the ultimate fps key type. but the choice is yours, what do you want, bells, whistles and pretty lights or the best functionality money can buy.

as for the mouse its junk. better off picking something like a logitech g400 or anker precision lazer mouse 800dpi or any mouse with an avango 9500 sensor.
http://www.esreality.com/wiki/Hardware:Mice_Sensors its not a complete list but its a good start point.

Could you link me to this "Better Graphics Card for the same price"?

cas is the delay between reading a row of ram and being able to clear and write to the same row of ram. the faster the better. you may not think that c9 and c11 have much difference but its cas 9 per cycle which if the ram is 1600mhz is 1600 cycles a second. so 1600 x 2/1,000,000 ths of a second soon mounts up in to discernible differences.
basically cas latency is an added delay above what is already the rams rated speed. but measured in millionths of a second rather than thousandths.
