I just got an AMD RX 6600 and was trying it in a few 3D games I own to check its performance compared to my old graphics card. Everything was looking good until I tested a free simulator I'd installed a while back on Steam. It's called "Mýrdalssandur, Iceland". It's part of a series of 3D landscapes simulators that you can just stroll around in. If I walk forward everything is smooth, but if I try to turn or rotate, I get huge studders, (My old RX560 rotated smoothly). I was wondering if someone with the same card or perhaps one of its big brothers would be willing to try the program. The graphics card I bought was an open box special and just want to rule out it being an issue with the card or my system configuration. I don't think we can post links on this forum so just search for Iceland on Steam and you'll find the game.

Thanks

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Use either Task Manager or Resource Monitor to observe system performance while strolling.

Use both tools but only one at a time. Leave the tool window open and dragged to one side or a second monitor if you have one in use.

Stroll straight for distance and observe performance.

Then turn or rotate and watch for what, if anything changes when the stutter occurs.
