Anything full screen minimizes every 5-7 minutes

Almost everything that I use that has a fullscreen minimizes but doesn't crash some games like. Battlefield 1 the games sounds mutes and has a cursor the sound comes back until I click on the game. But on other things that goes full screen like Netflix, YouTube, steam big picture the task bar appears. I've looked everywhere and tried to Uninstall alot of stuff like razor cortex, etc. But no success..

1| Are you sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Make sure your drivers are also up to date.
2| Speaking of motherboard's, please include your full system's specs.
3| Have you tried performing a repair install? It seems like there is an inherent corruption in the OS if the issue cropped up recently. You might also want to do a malware scan to seen if there is anything lurking in your system.
