I built my pc yesterday. Some friends didn't like it because I didn't put gpu in for gaming, but I don't want to game, or rarely do any. and think the hd 4600 is fine. I can spend up to $50, I know I can buy a gt 640 for $35. Can I get something better? I'm not in a rush and can wait for months or black friday or anything.

Are you building your PC for yourself or your friends? Don't buy a card that you don't have any use for.

Yes, there are $50 options that are better than your intel GPU, but I wouldn't bother if your perfectly happy with integrated graphics.
No, I think the HD 6670 would be the best option for you. In the future, be ready to spend some money on your graphics card if you want to have good performance.

Okay thanks, Its not that I only have $50 for the gpu forever, just at the moment, Next month I can probably get a 970 If I wanted to. Should I get the 6670 now or just wait it out. My performance isnt that bad right now, Browsing, streaming, watching, photoshop is pretty good

a month until a 970 is in your pocket? sounds like you should wait. except that you don't actually NEED it. if one day in a few months you decide you want to game more or do CAD stuff, then buy whichever GPU is best.

or start checking out the used market for older HD5000 or HD6000 series, or GTX6__ or GTX7___ series cards.

If you can, you should wait for the GTX 970. It is an amazing card and you can max out almost every game at 1080p.
