Question Anything i need to do after finishing pc build?

Current Setup:
Amd Fx 6300 3.5 Ghz
MSI Radeon r9 280x 3gb
Gigabyte 970A-UD3P mobo
1x 8gb hyper X ram 1600 mhz
Evga 500w psu white rated

New future setup:
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 6gb
MSI B450 Tomahawk ATX Mobo
2 x 8gb corsair vengeance LPX ddr4 3000mhz
Evga 500w psu white rated

Soon i'm going to be upgrading my current setup to the new setup mentioned above and i just want to know if it is as simple as plugging in all the parts, downloading gpu drivers and playing?
It's been ages since i built my first pc and im not too sure if there's any additional steps involving stuff like the bios. My HDD and my SDD will be kept the same, will this affect the new build?

You must do a new install of Windows.

And those windows should be W10.
