Hi everyone, I'm planning to upgrade my motherboard from a Biostar B450MH ver6.3 to an
MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI, along with Kingston Fury Beast 3600mhz 16GB x 2 RAM. I've done some research and noticed that some users experience crashes and some issues after swapping their motherboard. And some people mention that I must reinstall Windows too ?

I’d like to have it confirmed that my current specs are compatible and if there’s anything I should be aware of before making the swap. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Current specs :
CPU : Ryzen 5-5600
GPU : Sapphire Pulse RX6600XT
RAM : PNY XLR8 2666MHZ DDR4 16GB (8GBx2)
PSU : darkFlash GS650 Full Modular 80+ Bronze 650W power supply
NVMe : PNY CS1031 M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe SSD 256GB

You will need to reinstall your OS. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS version and that you've recreated your bootable USB installer for your OS to rule out any corruptions(and also having the latest updates).

Not a good quality unit.
