I would like to know if the case is good enough for cooling,
Will the parts be potentially hot etc

For a Micro ATX case , the FARA H1M is very good when a couple of fans are running in the front and one fan in the rear
The dust filters do restrict air flow a bit, so if you can remove them (not too much dust around) the case will have better air flow .

Glorious
Do you think removing fan filter makes dust get in more easily? Worth it for more often cleaning?

How would you place the fans, for optimum temp? 2 front in, 1 back out and 2 top fan intake?
Two in front and a rear exhaust fan should be fine. As far as dust filters go .. it depends on how dusty the room is where your PC is located. I removed mine and used a can of compressed air once every three months or so to clean it out.
