Got two 24" soyo monitors today. One works perfectly, but with the other, I turn it on and the screen is completely white, no text, or any "No device detected" type image. It then goes into sleep mode about 2 seconds later. When i plug it into the computer it also stays completely white, but does not go into sleep mode (it appears to be detecting the computer correctly). I can't get to any of the menus to do anything, though i could try to go through without seeing the menus, in order to try any corrections which you think might help.
Otherwise, I'll probably just be RMAing this tomorrow, so let me know if there's anything i should try first.
