Anything wrong with this build

Hi guys . This is the first time I post anything here . So I hope I'm not breaking any laws you guy may have . Also this is the first time I build a PC so this is why I'm trying to see if you guys can spot any errors here.
So I already ordered all these parts . But now that I'm searching the web I came across a lot of people who are complaining about the graphic card or the motherboard and other things. So I just wanna know if anyone sees a problem with this build

Well it is all officially compatible, but you're likely to run into cpu trouble with that motherboard, which is not a very good motherboard for a 125w cpu.

Oh no . So what motherboards do you recommend

I wouldn't have recommended any AMD cpu or motherboard. If you really must stick with the old FX8350, the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P is a good choice.

It'll run on that board OK as long as

1. You don't plan on any kind of overclocking
2. You disable turbocore in bios (not 100% necessary but advisable) - its a worthless feature anyway
3. You don't run a tower cooler or water cooled aio system with it.
