Wil this play all new modern games (BF4 etc.) at Ultra 1080p?
Any incompatibilities?
Any thing I could change?

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (Friend has this motherboard, he says its good)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (Or could just use 4GB, I'll only run one monitor and I won't be multi-tasking)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card(Cheapest 270X I can find and has 3 fans)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply(Any need for a modular PSU?)
Case: Aerocool V3X Advance Black Edition Midi-Tower(Any other PC case around this price)

The motherboard. That board has no VRM heatsinks and is known to overheat.

Will it play every game at ultra at 1080p? N0, but it should play most games at a mix of high/max currently. Next gen games will probably all run at high settings.

First of all, his GPU is Overclocked more so than the cheesy "factory OC". Secondly he is barely staying above 30fps. Most people consider 60fps to be "smooth"
