Question anyway to get 144hz on asus vg248qe with laptop?

I know that hdmi only supports to 60hz but my laptop doesnt have display port or dvi it has a type c thunderbolt that can be used as a display port connector, but was wondering if there is any other way to use my monitor at 144hz with my laptop (also my laptop hdmi port is 2.0)

not sure where you see it, doesn't look like the usbc is thunderbolt or output display
