Anyway to increase my ASIC quality on my gpu mine is crap

Solution
None that I know of. I dont really understand asic quality that well but from what I understand its a measure of how well your specific gpu core performs a specific calculation, an ASIC quality score is derived from how well your gpu core was built in the factory, so if its low their is nothing that can be done to improve it.

id RMA that card, anything made by asus, especially if it is their ROG series or STRIX, which is sort of their higher end tier cards should have a fantastic asic quality usually 74+, so id return the card.

Lol sensing some bias there. ASIC quality is derived from the quality of the gpu core when its being made in the factory, long before it ever gets in ASUS's hands. So unless ASUS is binning their chips, which I highly doubt they do as its quite expensive then ASIC quality is down to luck of the draw not which gpu vendor you decide to buy from. And to top it off the OP is using in asus card in that test above he scored a 68%.
