Question Anyway to overclock the q9650 without using physical items? (Opitplex 780)

Is it possible to go the BIOS settings and change some of the cpu settings? I don't know how or is it even possible but I would like some answers before burning my house down.

Not on an OEM Dell motherboard.

ThatVietGuy is correct. OCing on the Dell is not possible. Time for a major overhaul/upgrade to increase performance.
