anywhere from 120 hz and below feels disgusting.

Hi! I have noticed for the past few months that in any game 120 hz and below feels like under 30. It's kind of disgusting. SPECS -
GTX 1070 Founders edition 4 GB
16 gb Corsair Vengeance ram
Ryzen 7 2700X CPU
MSI B350 Tomohawk MOBO
1 tb HDD
