Anywhere room for improvement?

This is my first build. I'm looking for places to improve performance without much change to the cost or to cut back on the cost without sacrificing performance. Any ideas?

You dont need a Z170 board, (also not available so its not in the price)
You shouldnt be buying DDR3 RAM
You dont need a 500GB SSD, for a low budget system the money is much better spent elsewhere.
GPU is weak (and not in the price)
PSU is a bit expensive for this
Monitor is expensive.
