I know MSI is relaunching their 400 series motherboards with updated bios's, but I don't know if they are shipping yet.

Do you have any brick and mortar computer stores near you? The motherboards should have a "ready for ryzen 3000" sticker on the box if they come with the right BIOS. Alternatively, you can get a board with the flashback feature, which allows you to update the BIOS without a supported CPU.
