Question aoc 24g2u 144hz screen flickering

Hello,i have recently bought aoc 24g2u 144 hz and i noticed when im on a streaming service that the screen flicker like in the end of this video,i noticed that this also happens when im using opera browser from time to time, but never happens when im gaming or watching videos on youtube.I searched if anyone has the same problem but i cant find anyone so i dont what whats causing it and what can i do.Im thinking its a monitor problem or the stream service(stremio) bugs out

I have the same problem i just bought AOC 24g2u 24 gamin monitor and it flickers black.
I have 144Hz
I have graphic card Radeon RX 5500 XT

mine is nvidia geforce 1660 super but i dont know if the gpu is the problem

In-game it flickers i set to 60Hz and still flickers.
I don't know whats wrong.
I could really use some help.
My graphic card is new.
Every driver us updated even the monitor drivers.

Ok soo i resolved the problem.
I am using MSI afterburner when it is on the screen flickers when i turn it off it stops flickering.
I suggest if u have MSI afterburner uninstall it.

i dont have it and still happens.What was happening exactly to you tho?

It was flickering black every 10 sec or maybe every 50 sec.
Try to update drivers or look if u have some kind of program.
I hope u can solve it.

seems you have a different problem than me but im glad you figured it out.
