I'm looking for a specific measurement of the inlay on the back of the monitor where the VESA bracket is placed. Not the actual VESA measurement. Can anyone help me with that?

Not an answer per se - just a question:

What is the problem or what are you trying to do?

Is that a recessed area?

Do you mean the square shape where the post connects to the monitor back?

If not that area then more information is needed.

If possible, take a photograph of the monitor back and indicate the desired inlay measurement.

Yes that spot where the stand connects. I have a VESA mount for my sim racing rig and I want to make sure it will sit in that square area without having to use standoff screws.

The VESA standard specifies recessed areas must have at least 7.5 mm of clearance beyond the mounting holes on all sides. So you can expect the recessed region should be a minimum of 115 × 115 mm.
