AOC E2460PHU Monitor: Faulty USB Ports?

Hi guys,

I just bought this monitor AOC E2460PHU:

This monitor has 4 USB ports, one marked as "fast charge".

I have tested the 4 ports with a digital camera and an USB fan but the only one that seems to work is the "fast charge" one.

Am I doing something wrong or do the regular USB ports are supposed to work only with some specific peripherals?

All right sorted it myself: I needed to connect an USB cable from one of the monitor's USB ports to one of the PC's.

And before posting I even called their support.
I must have picked the worst agent in their support cause she didn't have a clue either.

Oh well.
