Aoc E2470sw-Little Shinny Box On Top Left

hi guys. i have aoc e2470sw monitor. for a long time i have little shinny box on top left. i have changed my os from win 8 to win 10 and it is still there. i think it appear after msi afterburner osd. is it hardware problem?
