AOC G2460F 144hz no difference

Thank You In advance for checking out my problem, well here it is. So basically i got a 144hz aoc monitor from my friend the other day and i dont know whats the problem but i see no difference between 60 and 144hz. I have checked all of my drivers and everything is up to date. My windows and nvidia drivers. I go to nvidia control panel and it says i have 144hz on. Im currently using nvidia geforce 750ti. Im also using vga which allows 144hz. Please Help.

If everything is setup correctly, it can have some effect. Do you get those 144 fps too? Is g-sync i nvudia settings on and ingame vsync off? If you really don't see a difference in fps critical games, then you are like me. I can't tell difference.

Try display port or dvi. I am not sure if hdmi or your cable are cabable delivering 144hz.
