Does your monitor allow you to select more then one input source such as HDMI, DSUB, DVI, etc.?
If so consider switching input source, and then switch back to the correct source - see if this resolves your issue without having to reset your computer.

You mean using hdmi cable instead of display port and then switch back to display port again?
I tried what you suggested,It doesn't work /:
And I can't reset my pc,do you have other solutions?
By the way,I first tried switching to hdmi cable, then switched back again to display port cable, didn't work.
I tried to switch channels with the display port cable, switched to hdmi and then to display port and it worked fine.
The problem is when I press the monitor's power button to switch it off,it won't turn on again, just a green light+DP NO SIGNAL message and then it turns black with the yellow light.
I think JQB meant trying changing the monitor input via the Input control buttons on the monitor.
I already wrote,I switched to hdmi through the monitor and then went back again to dp,it worked fine, but my problem is that whenever I turn off my monitor via the power button,It will show no signal when I turn it on again, which forces me to restart my pc in order for it to show signal,is that clear enough? 🙂
If you disable all power saving features, screen savers etc. does this still persist?
Also set you monitor from its menu to have its source as DP, not auto.
