Which monitor should I go with?

Originally I was going to go with the AOC but I came across this ASUS monitor today and was debating which one to get.

The ASUS has wayy more reviews to go off of and the price/specs are relatively close.

Which should i choose in terms of specs? If the specs are relatively the same, is AOC or ASUS more reliable for customer service?

Personally I would go with the ASUS. The AOC is nice, but the ASUS is the better monitor and has a faster response time.

hmm you got me looking at the AOC more, it looks like it is a good competitor to the ASUS except it has no blur reduction feature. I would read tomshardware's full review http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/aoc-g2460pqu-144-hz-gaming-monitor,3827.html for yourself and decide, it looks like the ASUS has better blacks, contrast and similar luminance, but the ASUS has less color accuracy.

All up to you, there are a lot of pros and cons between getting one or the other.

Most of my knowledge is in PCs. I don't know much about monitors. What are the important things, or noteworthy things to look at in a monitor other than refresh rate and response time?
