aoc grey lines

I have an aoc g2460pf & I've noticed that there are 4 thin, grey lines on the upper portion of the display. I use dp for the connection, the cord that came with it. does anybody have any idea as to why it might be doing this? they aren't flickering in any way, just static and stay there constantly. help plz

Have you tried using a rapid color flash on YouTube to see if it can be "unstuck"

Might be a defective cable, as to be expected with the cheap stuff that's going to come with the monitor. If not, just RMA the monitor.

bought a new cable, nothing changed. I bought the monitor through amazon, do I try to return it to them or to aoc?

Contact AOC for warranty information first. I would then return it through Amazon unless otherwise directed.
