AOC Monitor Gone Blurry?

I have the AOC i2369vm Monitor and today I used it to connect to my old XBOX 360, I came back to using it on my PC and the screen is 'blurry' - I can read everything fine, the resolution and refresh rate is what it was before it was on my XBOX, but the colours seem to flash in a way i cant explain!

Ensure you are using the monitor's native resolution, and if you are using the analog VGA connection, resync the screen after you have an image displayed on it from the PC. There will either be a button on the screen somewhere or a menu option to resync the screen. If you are using a digital cable, test with a different, but known to be good, working cable.

I use a HDMI connection, I looked on the settings for the monitor and that isnt an option

I've changed the cable and its less blurry but still noticeable on a darker screen

HDMI is digital and will have zero options for synchronizing the screen.

Are you running the screen at it's native resolution?
