The stand can move up and down by 180mm. If the height with stand is 659mm and the stand can go down by 180mm then the lowest would be 479mm. In this review - https://pcmonitors.info/reviews/aoc-u3277pwqu/ - they mentioned the lowest height is ~487mm. I am hoping that someone owns the monitor and can confirm this so that I can be sure.
