[SOLVED] AOMEI PreOS status frozen

So I used AOMEI partition assistant to resize my 2tb hdd to only 1tb. It booted into PreOS mode and the status got up to 99 then went down to 1. This was last night and still about 18 hours later it is has been on 39 for about 2 hours now. What do I do?

Force shutdown, and recover the whole system from the backup you made before you started down this path.
