I got a second-hand mini-PC about a year ago, and aside from about 2-3 BSOD incidents, I've had no problems with it until a week ago when a bad thunderstorm hit and I shut it down normally before unplugging it.

I have done this before with no issue, but this time it has not turned on at all since. I have tried a new AC adapter, using a different outlet, and unplugging the CMOS battery for 5 minutes and plugging it back in, but nothing has helped so far. I don't have the specs at hand (I'm kicking myself for not taking them down when I could see them on Speccy), however I have looked up the motherboard model (nmcp7alpx-de) which led me to this page:

Which seems to be accurate besides the graphics card, which is an Nvidia Ion, and the CPU, which is an Intel Celeron Processor 550.

Other than that, if it can help, i've found a Youtube video of a faulty unit being disassembled which pretty much lays out how it looks on the inside:

I'm hoping I don't have to replace it because besides the few BSODs and this, it's worked great for me so far.
