[SOLVED] aorus 1080ti xtreme crash underload

I used to used this GPU in my old Z77, but recently it has no display booting..
So I upgrade motherboard to X570s and some watercooling.
Booting OK, have display. But crash in every game

I ran some test in nvidia MODS and MATS, got error code in MODS but zero error in MATS

anyone know anything about this error, please let me know!! thanks alot!!

Have not try a fresh OS install yet

I have tried xmp and no xmp (no difference)

I tried clean OS and graph driver install.. still crash in every game
sometime it gave me an error say "application has been blocked from accessing graphics"
Tried adding ''tdrdelay'' to registry and SFC scan, no luck what so ever

sound like the gpu failed. could check the temp and see if it just overheating

I don't think it's overheated..
Gpu core and hotspot temp never go above 70c or 158f after I change it to water cool
I need to drain the coolant before taking any hardware out 🙁

I'm running FurMark now with 3440x1440 (4x MSAA) no problem. I will let it run for a hour and see if it crash

Hi!
Can you get Gpu-Z, and take screenshots of the Gpu and Sensors tabs? For the latter, you will need to stretch out the app window so everything can be caught in the SS.
Then upload those images using an image hosting site, like imgur.com.

Well all that checks out. I don't see any missing parameters, or anything particularly bad.

What were you using with the Aorus Xtreme before the Antec High Current Gamer Gold 850?

Before Antec, I used Coolmaster GX650 Bronze (about 5 years of using)
The old Coolmaster I reuse it to my dad's pc, no problem

A decent unit back then and it shouldn't have hurt anything... no dice there.

Ok. Run Msi Afterburner, drag the core clock slider down 200mhz, and click apply. See if things still crash.

I turn down 200mhz as you say and push power limit to 150%
The game runs!! Thank you, I have to test more game to see if it stable

Aye, keep checking to be sure.
I'd about run outta ideas. That last one was under the suspicion that Gigabyte's factory overclock was no longer stable.

Played in assassin's Creed Odyssey, need for speed Heat in -200 MHz settings for hours now, didn't crash or lagged no more..

Tomorrow I'm going to set to -100mhz and see can I close the gap back to factory speed.. thank you guys so so much!!!
