Question Aorus 15p xd rtx 3070 laptop edp throttling

HI, i need help with my new laptop, is constantly power limit/edp throttling.

Specs are:
11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11800H (2.3GHz~4.6GHz)
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3070 Laptop GPU 8GB GDDR6
Boost Clock 1560 MHz, Maximum Graphics Power 130 W
16gb ram ddr4
ssd pcie 4.0

its a month old, but im having problems in all games, after 5 minutes i start playing cpu starts to power limit and it get capped at stock Ghz witnh only 20w.
I have tried updating and downgrading drivers, throttlestop, checked power plans.... This making me crazy, hope someone can help me, tanhks in advance

Can you check and see if your Gigabyte laptop has any BIOS updates pending? As for your OS, what are you working with?

its updated to the lastest bios, and its running with windows 11
