im new to oc but now i've oc my 1660Ti +110 Core +1500 Memory and still not crash or any glitches but +110Core is max for me tho
does that mean i still can try tweak some more memory ?

That's on you. There's realistically very little gains on gpu OC with today's OC cards pushing performance limits and things like Gpu Boost 3 pushing more upto thermal limits. So it's a balance as to how much you add heating up the card vs how much the card will add.

You've already increased performance, figure out if the added stress on the card will justify adding a few extra fps you won't notice.
